All of SEMCO SIGNS graphics are of high quality 8 year, long life vinyl products. We work very closely with our customers to ensure they are delighted with their new vehicle graphics.

The following shows the sequence of events in producing new vehicle graphics

Computer Rendering of Design
The design is reviewed and agreed with the customer as a computer image of the finished vehicle. This makes it easy for the customer to imagine the finished product and sign it off.

Preparation
The vehicle is hand cleaned to ensure a perfect base for applying the graphics.

Machine Cutting of Graphics
A computer controlled cutter can be used for most designs allowing both accuracy and creativity.

Hand Preparation of More Complex Elements
Some complex work is undertaken by hand by our experienced workforce.

Graphics Carefully Applied
Great care is taken to ensure the correct positioning of the graphics.
